Refund Policy 2025

Return / Refund Requests and Claims (updated 11/11/25)

  • Standard returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Claims for defects, missing items, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase / order number is required.

  • If the wrong item was shipped, the return is automatically approved and a prepaid return label will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, worn, or washed items are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable once a product has shipped.

Return Conditions

  • Returns will not be accepted if the request is made after the applicable window (30 days for standard returns, 7 days for defect/incorrect item claims) or without an approved Return Authorization Form.

  • Any return that arrives used, worn, or washed and is deemed un-returnable by our staff may be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense. If the customer does not pay for return shipping, the item will be discarded or donated.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the wrong item was shipped. In those cases, a prepaid return label will be provided.

Refund Processing Time

You will be notified by email when your return is received and inspected. Refunds are typically completed within 2–3 weeks from the date you hand the package to the carrier. This includes transit to our facility (5–10 business days), inspection and processing (3–5 business days), and your bank completing the refund (2–5 business days).

Exchanges

  • To request an exchange, contact info@twoinoneshoulderpads.com and complete the Return/Exchange Form. Wait for approval before shipping the item.

  • Ship only the specific part that needs exchange. If exchanging a vest, return only the vest. If exchanging a shell, return only the shell. Remove back plates and accessories. Items sent that were not requested for exchange may not be returned.

  • Exchanges do not incur restocking fees.

  • Free basic outbound shipping for exchange shipments. Expedited outbound shipping is available at extra cost.

  • Allow up to 10 business days after arrival for inspection and shipment of the replacement.

Restocking Fees (standard returns only)

  • Youth Shoulder Pad Sets: $15

  • Youth Shells or Vests: $10

  • Adult Carbon Shoulder Pad Sets: $60

  • Adult Poly Sets: $30

  • Adult Vests: $20

  • Adult Poly Shells: $20

  • Adult Carbon Shells: $50

  • Back Plates: No fee

Restocking fees do not apply to exchanges.

Return Shipping Labels

Return shipping labels are provided only if the wrong item was shipped or the package arrived damaged. Products damaged or lost during return transit are the customer’s responsibility.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email info@twoinoneshoulderpads.com with your order number and a completed Return/Exchange Form. We will respond with a Return Authorization and instructions.
