2in1 Shoulder Pads – Warranty Policy

At 2in1, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. All shoulder pads include a 2-year replacement warranty from the date of shipment, covering defects in materials and workmanship.


Warranty Coverage

If any covered part of your shoulder pads (shell or liner) fails during normal use due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the defective part at our discretion.

  • The warranty period is 2 years from the shipping date.

  • Warranty is limited to one (1) approved warranty claim per product during the 2-year period.


What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear (light scrapes, minor rips, cosmetic abrasions)

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, modification, or accidents

  • Removal of warning labels, painting, or unauthorized alterations

  • Use of unapproved replacement parts or attachments

  • Damage from improper storage (e.g., extreme heat, moisture)

If we determine the pad suffered damage outside of standard use, the warranty may be void.


Important Safety Notice

If the product is damaged in a way that impacts performance or safety, stop using it immediately. Do not continue practicing or playing in unsafe gear.


How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Us: Fill out Our Warranty Document or Email info@twoinoneshoulderpads.com with your proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

  2. Approval Required: We will review the claim and issue warranty authorization if eligible.

  3. Send Only the Defective Part:

    • If only the shell needs replacement, send only the shell.

    • If only the vest needs replacement, send only the vest.

    • Do not send backplates, accessories, or attached parts.
      We cannot guarantee any items sent that are not part of the warranty claim will be returned.

  4. Freight: Ship the defective part to our repair center with freight prepaid by you.

  5. Repair or Replace: Once received, we will repair or replace the defective part and return it to you at no cost.


Shipping Terms

  • We do not send loaner pads or temporary replacements while warranty repairs are processed.

  • Replacement items ship back free via basic shipping. Expedited shipping is available at cost upon request.

  • Duties, tariffs, taxes, and insurance for shipping products back to us are the customer’s responsibility.

  • No replacement will be sent before the original defective product is received and confirmed by our team.


Unauthorized Returns

If a product is returned without prior approval:

  • The warranty becomes void.

  • The item will only be returned at the customer’s expense.
